Forbes magazine has recently named the Deltona-Daytona-Ormond the 4th Fastest-Growing Metro Area In U.S. on their America’s Fastest-Growing Cities 2017 list.
According to Forbes, they look at growth of population, employment, wages, economic output and use home price growth as a proxy for wealth. The list contains cities experiencing the biggest surges, plus the growth rates and projections that got them on the list.
